However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The item must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

• Customized, handmade, or special-order items cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery.

• Refunds will be issued only after inspection and confirmation by our quality team.
